How to use the wood chip pellet machine?

             Add gear oil first, and add heavy load gear oil according to the instructions. When the wood chip pellet machine is used for the second time, it must be crushed. The hole is astringent and needs oil lubrication. The grinding material is configured in the ratio of 5:2. Mix the bran, sawdust and waste engine oil evenly and set aside.

             Adjust the pressure roller screw and adjust evenly until the roller cannot be turned by hand. Turn on the Wood Chip Pellet Mill and check the rotation of each press wheel again. If the press wheels do not touch the disk, adjust the screws again until the rollers touch the disk, then put the oil into the rice husk pelletizer one grain at a time. After normal discharge, increase the input and then repeat the operation. Grind for half an hour and put into normal production. Do not discard the abrasive, when it is expected to be unused for a long time after the work, press the abrasive into the machine so that it will not clog the holes when it is used next time.
