How to solve Sawdust Pellet Machine fault?

                      Sawdust Pellet Machine can not rotate the motor after power on, but there is no strange noise, no smell and smoke. Reason: (1) the power supply is not on (at least two phases are not on); (2) the fuse is blown (at least two phases are blown); (3) the wiring of the control equipment is wrong; (4) the motor has been damaged. Treatment: (1) check the power circuit switch, fuse, junction box at whether there is a broken point, repair; (2) check the fuse type, the reason for melting, replace the fuse; (3) check the motor, repair.

                      The motor does not turn after the wood pellet mill is powered on, then the fuse is blown. Causes: (1) lack of one phase power supply, or stator coil connected to one phase opposite; (2) short circuit between phases of stator winding; (3) grounding of stator winding; (4) wrong wiring of stator winding; (5) fuse cross-section is too small; (6) short circuit of power supply line or grounding. Treatment: (1) check whether a phase of the knife gate is not closed, or a phase of the power circuit disconnected; eliminate the reverse fault; (2) find the short-circuit point, to be repaired; (3) to eliminate the grounding; (4) find out the miswiring, to be corrected; (5) replacement of fuses; (6) to eliminate the grounding point.
