Pressure Parameters: Determine Finished Product Density. Pressure is the core of molding, and different biomass brick press machines have different control ranges: screw type 15-30MPa, hydraulic type 20-40MPa, flat type 10-20MPa. High-quality fiber raw materials (wood chips) can be controlled at the lower limit of the range, while low-fiber raw materials (straw) need to be adjusted to the upper limit. If the finished product is loose during operation, the pressure needs to be increased; if the equipment overheats severely or makes obvious abnormal noises, it needs to be appropriately lowered to avoid excessive load and damage to components.


Temperature Parameters: Adapt to Lignin Softening. The normal temperature control range is 160-200℃. Sawdust log press machines with heating devices can be set directly through the panel. When the moisture content is high, adjust to 180-200℃ to accelerate moisture evaporation; when the moisture content is low, adjust to 160-180℃ to avoid lignin carbonization. For screw-type models without heating devices, frictional heat is controlled by adjusting the feed speed; the faster the feed and the more intense the friction, the higher the temperature.


Rotation speed parameters: Balancing efficiency and uniformity. The rotation speed of a sawdust brick press machine affects molding uniformity and production capacity. The screw shaft and pressure roller speeds should be controlled between 50-200 r/min, with lower values for smaller models and higher values for larger models. When compressing coarse raw materials, reduce the rotation speed to extend the residence time and ensure sufficient extrusion; when compressing fine raw materials, increase the rotation speed to improve efficiency. The cutter speed must be synchronized with the molding speed to avoid inconsistent finished product lengths.
