2. In the carbonization furnace, the sawdust is decomposed at high temperature and becomes carbide. After the smoke is exhausted, the sulfur is released and the charcoal in the sawdust is carbonized.
3. Then discharge the sawdust charcoal from the powder discharge port. During the carbonization process, residual heat will be used to heat the drying host to save energy.
4. The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis of sawdust enters the water seal to remove sulfur and dust, and then after spraying water and cleaning, it enters the condenser and is divided into wood vinegar and tar.
