About the structural principle of straw pellet machine
The straw pellet machine is mainly composed of a frame, a motor, a reduction box, an outer cover and a feed hopper.
The motor is installed at the bottom of the frame, and the motor drives the transmission mechanism in the reduction box through a belt drive. A material receiving screen is provided in the frame, and discharge ports are provided on both sides. The reduction box, the outer cover and the feed hopper are installed on the upper part of the frame.

The outer ring sleeve shaft is installed in the middle of the main shaft in the reduction box, and the upper part of the outer ring sleeve shaft is inlaid with a rolling outer ring. There is a fork frame fixed on the main shaft in the inner cavity of the rolling outer ring, and two rolling toothed rollers are symmetrically installed on the fork frame. There is a material paddle in the feed hopper.
During operation, the straw raw materials are fed into the inner cavity of the rolling outer ring through the feed hopper by the material-dispensing beater, and the straw raw materials are crushed by the rolling toothed roller and the rolling outer ring and squeezed out from the sieve holes around the rolling outer ring to form granular materials. The utility model has a simple structure, safe and convenient operation, and is applicable to collective or individual farmers, and has broad prospects for promotion.
