Operation steps of hanging carbonization furnace;
1. Open the furnace cover

4. After the rod loading is completed, cover the furnace cover and hang the furnace into the furnace.
5. Open the three smoke outlets of the furnace body in turn, cover the furnace cover tightly, spread some sand around the furnace cover to seal, and start carbonization.

The hanging carbonization furnace equipment mainly includes; inner furnace, outer wall, combustion chamber, end gas burner and other parts. The furnace in the heating chamber needs to be preheated until the high temperature and heat generated are sufficient to carbonize the raw materials. The smoke released during the combustion process can be reused after being purified by the purification system. Making full use of the waste gas generated during the carbonization process is beneficial to protecting the environment. When the temperature is reached, the bottom of the hoisting carbonization furnace is completely converted into combustible gas, which can recycle the waste gas during the carbonization process, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving and consumption reduction.

Straw can be made into carbon powder. But it still needs to be done in order. First, crush the straw, and then send the crushed straw into the fully automatic straw carbonization machine through a screw conveyor for smokeless and environmentally friendly carbonization. The straw after carbonization becomes straw carbon powder. It seems simple, but there is actually a difference. First, the straw cannot have too much moisture, and the moisture content is below 15%. Secondly, it must be crushed into granules or blocks for better carbonization.
