This charcoal briquette extruder machine uses the principle of screw extrusion to compress the coal powder,charcoal powder into a desired shape with a certain intensity. After the powder is poured into the machine chamber, it is subjected to great pressure. With the help of various shaping molds, it will be molded into different shapes rods, such as hexagonal, square and so on. It can be used to produce BBQ charcoal and shisha charcoal.
It can equiped the cutter device, which can realize the automatic cutting. We have different cutting device to choose, for different purpose, you can choose different cutting device, too.

Step1: Carbonization
put the biomass raw material in a kiln and ignite the biomass, then seal the kiln to let the raw material carbonize. And charcoal is produced.
Step 2: Charcoal crushing
crush the charcoal into powder.
Step 3: Charcoal powder mixing
mix the charcoal powder with binder. Binder is used to adhere the charcoal powder.
Step 4: BBQ charcoal extruding:
feed the charcoal powder into the charcoal briquette press machine, and charcoal sticks are extruded.
Step 5: Charcoal sticks drying and packing
cool and dry the charcoal sticks, then pack them for sale.
The raw material can be coal powder, charcoal fines, hardwood charcoal powder and other kinds of charcoal powder.Also biomass wood chips, sawdust, rice husks, coconut shells, etc. If you're not certain weather the raw material is available, you can consult with us!
