Working Principle
The Wood Pellet Production Line consists of multiple links, mainly including crushing, drying, compression molding, cooling, screening and other steps. First, the raw wood chips are processed by the crusher to crush the wood chips into a size suitable for subsequent processing. Then, the moisture in the wood chips is removed by the drying equipment to ensure the efficient pelletization process. Next, the dried wood chips are sent to the pellet machine for compression molding, and the wood chip pellets are made strong and dense by the action of high temperature and high pressure. Finally, the pellets are cooled to room temperature and classified by cooling and screening for storage and transportation.
