Automatic Wood Sawdust Pellet Machine line is made of corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton stalk, soybean stalk, grain husk, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid wastes of crops as raw materials, which are crushed, pressurized, densified and formed into small rod solid particle fuel. Granular fuel is made by extruding sawdust, straw and other raw materials with pressure roller and ring die at room temperature. The density of raw materials is generally about 0.6-0.8, and the particle density after molding is greater than 1.1. It is very convenient for transportation and storage. At the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved, which brings certain employment problems and economic benefits.

How it works?
The Biomass wood Pellet Production Line can make the 3-6mm(The specific size depends on the pellet size you need.) biomass raw materials such as wood sawdust, straw, dry grass, rice husk, kernel, etc into biofuel pellets. The size of biomass pellets is usually 6/8/10/12mm, but we can customize any other size you need for you.
The principle is that when the raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber, under the action of the high pressure generated by the pressing roller, the raw materials pass through the hole of the ring die, then cut by the cutter to form compacted biomass pellets.

2.The increase of the outer diameter of the press roller makes the temperature generated by extrusion not easy to be transmitted to the bearing room, so as to ensure that the bearing works at low temperature; Bearing is also increased to enhance the compression capacity; The press roller is fully sealed to prevent the phenomenon of dust, to ensure that oil does not overflow. Prolong the service life of the roller bearing, improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost.
