Product Analysis
The wood pellet production line is a biomass energy pretreatment equipment, which mainly uses wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass produced by agricultural and forestry processing as raw materials, and solidifies them into high-density pellet fuel after pretreatment. There are detailed operation procedures and installation specifications, and different specifications of machines and production lines can be selected according to relative needs.
The molded pellet fuel has high specificity, small volume, resistance to combustion, and is convenient for storage and transportation. The density after molding is 1.1-1.5. The calorific value can reach 3400~4800 kcal. It is a solid fuel with high volatile content and low sulfur content.
Cooling System: Auto control cooling period. It makes the fresh pellets hard & dry. Cool air flows from bottom to top, while the pellets drop from top to bottom, they fully meet and cool completely; The manufacturing steel plates are 3mm thick; The cooling system consits of vessel, wind-in cone, discharge system, feed port, exhaust inlet, level control indicator;
