Biomass pellet machine line is a kind of a variety of branches, wood, wood sawdust, corn straw, straw, bran, wood powder, sawdust and other agricultural waste as raw materials of pellet fuel molding machinery, A complete wood pellet production line is composed of five sections: Crushing section, Drying section, Pelleting section, Cooling and dusting section, Packing section. Not all five section need to be used in a line. It depends on the raw material. Need to be analyzed according to the specific situation.

Product Analysis
1.Crushing process - wood crusher/hammer mill
Description: The ideal size for pelleting is 3 - 5mm. If the size of your biomass raw materials is bigger than 5mm, it should to use the Wood Chipper / Pulverizer / Hammer Mill for crushing.Question 1: What's your raw biomass materials? Please inform us its size, such as the diameter or thickness.
2.Drying section-air flow dryer/ drum dryer
The required moisture content of material entering pellet mill machine is 10%-15%.If the moisture of raw material is more than 15%, we have to use dryer to reduce the water content. Then the sawdust could be put into pellet mill machine.
3. Pelleting section-pellet machine
Pellet mill machine is the most important equipment of the whole line. At this section,we choose to use the wood pellet mill which is designed for producing biomass pellet specially.
4. Cooling section-cooler
After the pelleting process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60~80 Celsius, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is around 10%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3~4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to packing and store.
