Working principle of sawdust pellet production line
The small biomass pellet production line uses the principle of interaction between the extrusion force between the annular die and the pressing wheel and the friction force of the die hole to shape the material. No additives and adhesives are required during the material processing. Wood materials have softening properties and will soften when the temperature reaches a certain value. Under a certain pressure, the bonding force causes the fiber molecular clusters to be dislocated, deformed and extended, and the adjacent biomass particles are recombined and pressed into shape.
