The flat die biomass pellet machine adopts belt and worm gear two-stage transmission, with stable rotation and low noise. Feeding relies on the gravity of the material itself to avoid blockage. The main shaft speed is about 60rpm, and the linear speed of the roller is about 2.5m/s, which can effectively remove the gas in the material and increase the compactness of the product. Due to the low linear speed, the noise and wear of parts generated during operation are reduced at the same time, and high-fat and high-molasses products can be produced. The roller bearings have long-term lubrication and special seals to prevent lubricant contamination of materials and reduce lubricant loss during pelleting. Users can choose flat dies with different apertures and compression ratios according to different needs to obtain better technical and economic benefits.

Product Analysis

Raw materials

Biomass fuel is made from solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark, etc., which are crushed, pressurized, densified, and formed into small stick-shaped solid pellet fuel. Pellet fuel is made by squeezing sawdust, straw and other raw materials using rollers and ring dies at room temperature.

Process flow: raw material collection → raw material crushing → raw material drying → mechanical granulation molding → mechanical cooling → bagging and sales. According to the different harvest periods of crops, the raw materials should be stored in large quantities in time, and then crushed and molded. Be careful not to bag immediately during molding. Due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, wait for 40 minutes of cooling before bagging and transportation.

The molded biomass pellet fuel has a large specific gravity, small volume, and is resistant to combustion, making it easy to store and transport. The volume after molding is 1/30~40 of the raw material volume, and the specific gravity is 10~15 times that of the raw material (density: 0.8-1.4). The calorific value can reach 3400~6000 kcal, which is a solid fuel with high volatile phenol.
