Working principle

Biomass Sawdust Pellet Machines and wood pellet machines share the same lineage, both based on "extrusion molding" technology. After pretreatment such as crushing and drying, the raw materials enter the equipment and are evenly fed into the pressing chamber by the feeding system. Driven by a motor, the pressure rollers apply a high pressure of 8-15 MPa to the raw materials, while the die heating system raises the material temperature to 70-100℃, softening the lignin in the raw materials to form a natural binder. Finally, the material is extruded through the die holes into cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 3-10 mm. However, the core difference between the two lies in their processing range-wood pellet machines primarily use wood-based raw materials (such as sawdust and bark), while biomass pellet machines cover a wider range of raw materials, encompassing various biomass wastes from agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry.

Raw Material

The biomass pellet machine for sawdust is applied to the material with low adhesiveness and low shaping ,such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials.
