The wood chipping machine mainly uses the cutting principle of the cutter disc. The cutter disc must first undergo a dynamic balance test. The motor or diesel engine is used as the power, and the pulley drives the machine to operate. The cutter disc and the blade work together to repeatedly rotate and cut the wood, and cut the wood into wood chips of uniform size.
Start the diesel engine, the tree roots are transported to the forced feeding roller through the chain plate, squeezed and crushed by the roller, and then the crushed materials are hammered by the hammer or cut by the blade. The processed wood is loaded and transported to the power plant as fuel through the bottom discharge conveyor.
