The Fuel Pellet Machines Produced By MIKIM Are Popular Both At Home And Abroad.
The Chinese customer came to MIKIM on July 23, 2024, and wanted to operate our fuel pellet machine equipment in person, so we took the customer to our production workshop. After the operation, the customer expressed that he was very satisfied with our equipment and decided to buy it on the spot. The fuel pellet machine is a kind of equipment for producing fuel pellets, and the pellet fuel produced is very resistant to burning. It is a very reliable equipment. With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, the increasing demand for low-emission fuels is constantly increasing. This is also the reason why the fuel pellet machine is widely welcomed. Next, I will briefly introduce the relevant knowledge of the fuel pellet machine.

Check the equipment: Before use, check whether all the screws of the pellet machine are tightened, especially the adjustment screws at both ends of the pressure wheel, to ensure that the equipment will not be abnormal during operation.
Starting and feeding: After starting the motor, do not tighten the pressure wheel adjustment screws first, and observe whether there is any abnormality when the pellet machine rotates. If there is no problem, tighten the adjustment screw and continue to add materials for grinding until the template hole is smooth and can discharge normally.
Shutdown maintenance: Before shutting down, stop feeding first to ensure that the materials in the silo are processed. Then add some oil-containing materials and press them into the template hole to keep the hole lubricated and avoid blockage.

Preparation before starting: For biomass pellet burners, before starting, check the furnace, clean the ash, check whether the circuit and water circuit are normal, and ensure that the hopper is filled with biomass pellet fuel.
Starting steps: Turn on the power switch, adjust the air volume to the minimum, then gradually increase the air volume and feed speed, observe the combustion in the furnace, and adjust to stable combustion.
Maintenance: Regularly check and replace lubricating oil, such as the lubricating oil replacement cycle of the main reducer, dial reducer, and feeder reducer, and regular cleaning of the dust collector.
