The Concept Of Fuel Pellet Mill?

                    Pellet machine is a kind of mechanical equipment to process materials into specific shapes and sizes, and its working principle is mainly to process the materials into the required granule form through the rotating blade and sieve holes. Pellet machine usually consists of feeding system, pressure system, cutting system, screening system, electrical control system and so on.

                     Among them, the feeding system is mainly to feed the materials to be processed into the pellet machine; the pressure system is to compress the materials to make them easier to be processed; the cutting system is to process the materials into the required pellet form through a series of rotating blades; the sieving system is to sieve the processed pellets to obtain the required pellet size; and the electrical control system is to control and monitor the whole equipment.
