How To Maintain Wear Parts Of Homemade Sawdust Pellet Machine ?

content

The performance of vulnerable parts determines the pressing effect of a bagasse pellet machine. Proper maintenance can ensure a finished product qualification rate of over 90%. Firstly, the maintenance of the die in a biomass pellet making machine is crucial. The die is a key component in molding, and the smoothness and wear of its orifice directly affect the quality of the finished product. Routine maintenance includes: after each production run, using a fine steel rod to clear any residual material from the die orifice, and cleaning the die surface with a brush to prevent material from hardening and clumping; every 50 hours of operation, check the die orifice for wear and deformation. If the inner wall of the die orifice is rough, gently polish it with a special grinding tool to restore smoothness; when the wear depth of the die orifice exceeds 2mm, or the density of the finished product decreases significantly, the die must be replaced promptly. When replacing the die, a high-quality die (such as an alloy steel die) matching the wood pellet machine model should be selected to ensure sufficient pressing force.

The key to maintaining the pressure rollers of a domestic wood pellet machine is ensuring surface friction and smooth rotation. Wear on the anti-slip texture of the pressure roller surface will cause the material to slip, preventing sufficient compression and reducing the density of the finished product. Maintenance Tips: Check the surface texture of the pressure roller weekly. If the texture becomes shallow, repair it with a grinding tool. Every 200 hours of operation, disassemble the pressure roller, check the bearing condition, clean the dust and old grease from the bearing, and add new high-temperature grease (such as lithium-based grease) to ensure smooth roller rotation. When the pressure roller surface is unevenly worn or has dents, replace the pressure roller promptly to avoid uneven finished product density.

Maintenance of the Wood Chip Pellet maker machine cutter directly affects the uniformity of finished product length. A dull cutter will result in uneven particle lengths, rough cuts, and even stringing. Maintenance Methods: Check the cutter sharpness weekly. If the cutter becomes dull, sharpen it with a whetstone to keep the blade sharp. Adjust the distance between the cutter and the die to ensure uniform finished product length (2-4 times the hole diameter). When the cutter is severely worn and cannot be repaired by grinding, replace it promptly. When replacing, ensure the cutter is securely installed to prevent loosening during production, which could cause fluctuations in finished product quality.

Key principles for maintaining vulnerable parts of a biomass sawdust pellet machine: Establish a maintenance log to record the time and condition of each inspection, grinding, and replacement; adjust the maintenance frequency according to the characteristics of the raw materials, and shorten the maintenance cycle when processing hard raw materials; stock up on high-quality vulnerable parts to avoid production interruptions due to lack of spare parts in case of failure, which would affect the stability of finished product quality.
