                  First of all, understand the process of biomass pellet mill production line and the role of each specific equipment in the process. Before commissioning, we should check the operation of the specific equipment one by one, and understand the crushing granularity of the crusher that matches the mold hole of the biomass pellet machine used. The particle size of the raw material should be fine, but not too fine. Coarse, medium and fine are all appropriate.

                  The ideal particle size distribution is recommended as follows: ≤1% for particle size above 3.35mm B, ≤5% for particle size above 2.0mm C, about 20% for particle size above 1.0mm ≥ < D about 30% for particle size above 0.5mm e , particle size below 0.25mm must not be less than 20% F, about 24% for particle size above 0.25mm. Clean the warehouse before commissioning the biomass pellet machine, and remove stones, welding slag and other debris left during installation.
