Operation process
1. When starting the machine, you must pump oil until each mold hole is discharged before you can start feeding. The feeding amount should be from small to large, and pay attention to the rise and fall of the current.
2. The moisture content of the raw materials for producing pellets should be between 12% and 20%. If it exceeds 30%, the efficiency of producing pellets will decrease, and it will also cause the host to suffocate; when it is lower than 12%, the pellets produced are short and high in density, and powder will be produced.
3. The current of the host motor is controlled within the rated voltage during production.
4. The feed plate should be lubricated with engine oil every day when it is turned on.

Maintenance and maintenance of the host
1. When adjusting the pressure wheel, the long bolt is adjusted to the short bolt direction to tighten, and vice versa to loosen.
2. The pressure wheel needs to be refueled with a pneumatic oiler. The two oil nozzles on the left and right sides are removed. It is considered full when both oil nozzles are filled with oil (360℃ blue high temperature resistant oil).
3. When adjusting, the gap between the pressure wheel and the mold should be as small as possible, but it cannot be directly against the mold. If the pressure wheel is severely worn, it needs to be replaced in time.
4. It is normal for the gap of the pressure wheel to become loose by itself. If the pressure wheel is loose again immediately after adjustment or the gap becomes large again, the pressure wheel needs to be disassembled for inspection.
5. Check the gear oil of the gearbox frequently, and it should not be lower than the oil gauge position (check every two or three days). The nuts of various parts should be checked frequently, and the belt should be checked once a week.
6. During the production process, it is recommended to shut down for maintenance after continuous operation for ten hours.
