The operation process of the biomass pellet machine can be summarized into the following steps:
Equipment preparation:
Check whether all parts of the equipment are firmly installed.
Check whether the motor and gearbox lubricating oil are sufficient.
Raw material processing:
Put the raw materials into the crusher for crushing to ensure that the size of the raw materials meets the requirements (generally 3-5MM).
Raw material drying: Control the moisture content of the raw materials. If the moisture is too high, it needs to be dried by a dryer.
Production operation:
Turn on the equipment in a certain order. The usual startup sequence is: oil pump motor-butter pump motor-dial motor-dust collector induced draft fan-pellet machine main motor-feeding motor. When feeding, slowly adjust the feeder feeding frequency conversion speed, and the electric control cabinet ammeter is stable at about 95% of the rated current during operation.

Turn on the silo motor and the air shutoff motor and start feeding. Feeding should be slow at the beginning to avoid clogging the machine too fast.
Observe the pressure and temperature of the pellet machine to ensure that it is working properly. Operators should always pay attention to the ammeter and adjust the feeding speed appropriately if the current is too high.
Maintenance and adjustment:
The person watching the machine should pay attention to whether the material produced is normal. If the material is not good, the machine should be adjusted in time. For example, if the material is too dry or too wet, or the length of the material is different, corresponding adjustments need to be made.
If a machine failure occurs during production, such as the feeding rod being stuck, the machine should be stopped immediately for processing. The solution is to clamp the feeding rod with a pipe clamp and pull or push it hard. Be careful to be slow and do not deform the feeding rod.
