1. Cut off the power supply and remove the dial.
2. Loosen the lock nut at the end of the press roller support shaft.
3. Adjust the press roller to the position as far away from the ring mold as possible.
4. Remove the regulator of each press roller.
5. Remove the press roller front plate assembly.
6. Loosen the fixing bolts on the rotating cone wheel and remove the pressing stick assembly
7. Remove the sealing cover on the press stick assembly, pay attention to disassembly of the clamp sleeve, and do not damage it. Remove the sealing ring and remove the press roller shell. Be careful to replace the lubricating oil on the press roller bearing before replacing the press roller shell.

1. Before lifting the press roller, clean the tapered seat on the spindle shaft disk, the tapered end of the press roller eccentric shaft and the press roller support shaft.
2. Turn the press roller counterclockwise until the press roller hits the ring mold.
3. Repeat the above steps for installing other press rollers.
4. Clean the installation hole of the front plate assembly and put it on the eccentric shaft of the press roller.
6. Install the press roller regulator and the press roller lock nut, and do not lock the press roller lock nut for the first time.
7. Adjust the press roller to the corresponding position according to the content of "adjustment of press rollers" and lock the press roller to lock the nut.
8. Install the dial tray and complete the installation of the press roller.
