How to Fix Abnormal Noise in a Flat Die Wood Pellet Making Machine?

First, let's look at the most common cause: loose anchor bolts. Hay Pellet Machines vibrate during operation, and over time, the anchor bolts securing the equipment can loosen, leading to instability and subsequently severe vibration and resonant noise. The solution is very simple: after stopping the machine and disconnecting the power, use a wrench to tighten all the anchor bolts one by one. It's also best to check if the base of the equipment is level. If the base is uneven, use shims to level it; this should generally solve the vibration problem. Some users who experience severe equipment vibration mistakenly believe that internal components are faulty, but after having a repair technician check it, they find that it's just loose bolts; tightening them restores normal operation and saves a lot of repair costs.

If the vibration persists, check the Fuel Wood Pellet Mill's pressure rollers and molds. If the pressure rollers are unevenly worn, or the molds are not installed level, eccentric vibration will occur during operation, possibly accompanied by a metallic friction sound. Troubleshooting Steps: First, stop the machine and clean any residual material from the pressure rollers and molds. Second, inspect the surface of the pressure rollers; if uneven wear is found, sand it down; if severely worn, replace it. Third, check the mold installation; if the mold is not installed correctly, loosen the fixing bolts and reposition it to ensure alignment between the mold and the pressure rollers. Additionally, damaged pressure roller bearings can also cause vibration and abnormal noise. Manually rotate the pressure roller; if it feels stiff or stuck, the bearing is faulty and needs replacement. Remember to add sufficient grease during replacement.

A metallic clanging sound most likely indicates impurities in the raw materials. Hard impurities such as nails, stones, and sand in the sawdust will be squeezed and impacted by the pressure rollers and molds upon entering the pressing chamber, producing a harsh clanging sound and potentially damaging the pressure rollers and molds. Solution: Immediately stop the machine, open the pressing chamber, and clean out the impurities. Then check if the raw material screening equipment (magnetic separator, vibrating screen) is malfunctioning. If the Flat Die Biomass pelletizer mill is faulty, repair it promptly to ensure that no impurities are present in subsequent raw materials before they enter the equipment. It is recommended to add an additional magnetic separator at the raw material inlet for double protection, reducing the probability of impurities entering.

Another possibility is a transmission system malfunction, such as a loose belt or worn gears. A loose belt can cause unstable power transmission, resulting in vibration and belt friction noise; adjusting the belt tension will resolve this. If there is abnormal noise from gear meshing, it may be due to worn gears in the reducer or insufficient lubrication. First, check the lubrication level; if insufficient, add special gear oil. If the noise persists, the gears are worn and need to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Remember, if you encounter abnormal noise or vibration, never force production to continue. Stop the biofuel sawdust pellet machine immediately. Addressing minor problems promptly can prevent damage to valuable components such as pressure rollers and molds, minimizing losses.
