The extrusion speed and die length of traditional biomass pelletizing machines are fixed, so the density of the biomass pellets produced is also fixed and cannot be adjusted at will. This defect limits the diversity of products. Biomass densification is the bonding together of waste biomass product.The bonding is achieved by the pressure and heat of the biomass briquette machine utilizing the natural resins in the biomass waste product.

Briquette presses processing procedures:
1. Cut materials exceeding 60mm with a haymaker or crush them with a pulverizer. The particle length and moisture content of the materials are within the specified range;
2. The materials are evenly sent to the feed port above the molding machine by the feeding machine (belt conveyor) or manually, and then pressed and formed to form the finished product.
3. From the source of raw materials to the use of fuel, the process is: material recovery→cutting→automatic metal removal of materials→pressing→forming→output→cooling→transportation→biomass power plant or small boiler or civilian use.
