The raw materials are fed into the chipper via a conveyor. After chipping, the wood chips are then sent out by the conveyor and stacked accordingly or directly transported to the crusher for use in subsequent production links.
The wood chips that have been chipped are conveyed by the conveyor to the crusher for fine crushing. Once the crushed materials meet the requirements of pressed pellets, they will be classified and stacked, or directly sent to the dryer through the conveyor for subsequent production processes.
Biomass pellet fuel has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials, and the moisture content must be controlled below 15%. If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high, they must be dried before they can be put into use. The wet raw materials are sent to the dryer through a conveyor and dried with hot air until the required moisture content standard is reached before subsequent production can be carried out.
The biomass pellet fuel molding machine is the core equipment of the production line. The equipment has stable operation, high output, low noise and low energy consumption. The feeding system adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the whole machine lubrication adopts oil pump automatic system to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
The temperature of biomass pellet fuel after pressing and molding is as high as 80~90℃. At this time, the structure is relatively loose and easy to break in subsequent processing. In order to ensure the strength and quality of the pellets, they must be cooled by the cooler until they drop to room temperature.
The cooled biomass pellet fuel is sent to the screening machine for fine screening through the conveyor. The high-quality biomass pellet fuel after screening is sent to the packaging machine for fine packaging through the conveyor.
