How does the fuel pellet machine operate?
1. Power on and off sequence
(1) Boot sequence
Oil pump motor - butter pump motor - dial motor - dust collector induced draft fan - pellet machine host motor - feeding motor (slowly adjust the feeding frequency conversion speed of the feeder, and the ammeter of the electric control cabinet is stable at about 95% of the rated current during operation) )
(1) Shutdown sequence
Feeding motor - main motor - dial motor - oil pump motor - butter pump motor - dust collector induced draft fan.
2. Refueling location and cycle
(1) Main reducer of pellet machine (replace 220# gear oil every 600 hours for the first time, and every 4000 hours after the first replacement).
(2) Dial reducer (replace gear oil once a year, gear oil type 100 or above).
(3) Feeder reducer (replace gear oil once a year, gear oil type 100 or above).
(4) Granulator coupling (add high-temperature butter once a week).

3. Arrangement points and cycles
(1) The bag dust collector is processed once per shift (beat it with a wooden stick every 2 hours).
(2) At the end of each shift of production, the main machine will be shut down after the materials in the pelletizing room have been used, and the dust on the main machine will be cleaned with an air gun, and the shift will be handed over (cleaned once per shift).
(3) Before stopping the machine, be sure to use oil to grind the grinding tool holes to prevent the material in the mold from blocking the mold, causing the mold to not discharge material, and thus causing the machine to become stuffy.
(4) Collect the oil in a unified manner and reuse it.
(5) Clean up the dust leakage and bag dust blockage in the dust cover of the main machine (inspect and clean up once a week).
(6) Electric control cabinet (clean it once a week, and use an air gun to clean the internal dust).
