Detailed steps for disassembling and assembling the main shaft of the pellet mill
The tools needed include wrenches, torque wrenches, rubber hammers, screwdrivers, etc., and the materials include main shaft lubricating oil, sealing rings, bearings, etc.
Disassembling the main shaft
1. First close the inlet and outlet of the pellet mill and cut off the power supply.
2. Open the cover above the pellet mill, find the screws connecting the main shaft and the motor above the main shaft, and use a wrench or torque wrench to remove the screws.
3. Use a rubber hammer to tap the main shaft to separate it from the bearing.
4. Remove the bolts on the main shaft and take the main shaft out of the pellet mill.

Cleaning and inspection
1. Clean the disassembled main shaft, and you can choose to use gasoline or alcohol for cleaning.
2. After cleaning, check whether the main shaft is damaged by wear, cracks, etc., and replace it if necessary.
3. Check the bearings on the main shaft of the pellet mill. If they are worn or loose, they need to be replaced or repaired.
Assembling the main shaft
1. Before installing the main shaft, you need to evenly apply the main shaft lubricating oil on the main shaft surface and bearings.
2. Insert the main shaft into the pellet mill, pay attention to the direction of the bearing, and ensure that the main shaft is in the correct position.
3. Fix the main shaft in the reverse order of disassembly. First install the bolts on the main shaft, and then tighten the screws connecting the main shaft and the motor.
4. Finally, check whether there are any abnormalities in the main shaft and whether it rotates smoothly.
