Features of finished wood chip briquetting machine:
The biomass briquetting fuel produced by the fuel briquetting machine has the characteristics of high volatility, easy precipitation, good carbon activity, good combustibility, low ash content, fast ignition, high fuel saving rate and low cost. The straw charcoal blocks formed are small in size, high in specific gravity, flammable, easy to store and transport. Its volume is only 1/30 of the original straw, which is 10-15 times that of the same weight of straw. The density is 0.9-1.4g/cm3, and the calorific value can reach 3500-5500 kcal. It is a highly volatile solid fuel.
The produced materials do not need to add any additives or binders during the processing. Straw and other materials contain a certain amount of cellulose and lignin. Lignin is the structural monomer in the material and a phenylpropane-type polymer compound. It can strengthen cell wall and bind cellulose. If the crop straw is burned or discarded directly, it will not only waste resources, but also pollute the environment. If it is pressed into blocks by a briquette machine, its burning effect will increase many times.

A: As shown in Table 5, 16-30 mesh briquettes require 4 minutes 53 seconds, 30-50 mesh Briquettes need 4 minutes 42 seconds, and 50- 100 mesh briquettes take 3 minutes 49 seconds for initial ignition. Subsequently, for the burning time, the smaller the particle, the shorter the burning time.
