Working principle of Sawdust Pellet Production Line:

1. Put the material to be crushed into the feed hopper and add appropriate amount of water, then start the main motor to drive the main shaft to rotate at high speed so that the material enters the gap between the cutter disc and the blade and is sheared and crushed into powder and discharged from the sieve hole.

2. When the material passes a certain distance and enters the crushing chamber again, it will be cut, ground and crushed into powder again in this gap due to the centrifugal force and discharged from the particle outlet as a finished product or semi-finished product.
