Complete biomass pellet production line mainly consists of feeding section, compression section and pellet forming section. The feeding section mainly cuts the wood into small pieces and conveys them to the compression section. The compression section compresses the wood into high-density pellets through high-speed rotating pressing plates. The pellet forming section forms the compressed wood pellets and automatically cuts them into required lengths.

Product Analysis
Uses of wood pellet production line:
(1) Crush various waste materials to directly produce machine-made pellet fuel or biomass energy (such as alcohol). It is suitable for the processing and utilization of sawdust powder, wood shavings powder, rice husk powder and corn cob powder; it is also suitable for the processing and utilization of cotton stalk skin, sugarcane bagasse, etc. It can also be used for the production of edible fungus culture medium and the manufacture of organic fertilizer, etc.
(2) Crush various waste materials to directly produce machine-made feed or biomass energy (such as alcohol). It is suitable for the processing and utilization of sawdust powder, wood shavings powder, sugarcane bagasse powder, rice husk powder and corn cob powder, as well as the processing and utilization of cotton stalk skin and sugarcane bagasse.
(3) Crush various waste materials to directly produce machine-made fuel (i.e. biomass energy), which can replace firewood as life energy.
High Quality Wood Pellet Mills line shutdown operation
1. Stop feeding: Before shutting down, first stop feeding into the wood pellet line to ensure that there is no residual material inside the equipment.
2. Turn off the main power: After all the materials inside the equipment have been processed, turn off the main power and stop the equipment.
3. Clean the equipment: After the equipment stops running, clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the equipment clean and hygienic and extend its service life.
4. Keep records: Record the shutdown time and equipment status to provide reference for subsequent use.
