Agricultural waste, such as straw and corn stalks, as well as pruning waste from orchards, municipalities, and gardens, and even fruit shells and sawdust, is processed under high pressure and high temperature in pelletizing equipment, extruded into cylindrical or square strips, and then cut into 15-50mm segments to produce high-quality biomass pellet fuel. This fuel is not only environmentally friendly and recyclable, but also suitable for use in schools, enterprises, institutions, biomass boilers, and other fields.

▲ Chipper Function
The raw material is fed into the chipper via a conveyor. After chipping, the resulting wood chips are conveyed out by a conveyor and stacked accordingly or sent directly to a pulverizer for use in subsequent production processes.
▲ Pulverizer Operation Process
The chipped wood chips are conveyed by a conveyor to the pulverizer for fine grinding. Once the pulverized material meets the requirements for pelletizing, it is sorted and stacked or sent directly to a dryer via a conveyor for further production.
▲ Moisture Control in the Dryer
Biomass pellet fuel has strict requirements for the moisture content of the raw material, which must be kept below 15%. If the moisture content of the raw material is too high, it must be dried before use. The wet raw material is conveyed to the dryer via a conveyor, where it is dried using hot air until the required moisture content is reached before further production.

▲ The Function of the Cooler
After being pressed and formed, biomass pellets reach temperatures as high as 80-90°C. At this point, their structure is relatively loose, making them susceptible to breakage during subsequent processing. To ensure the strength and quality of the pellets, they must be cooled in a cooler until they return to room temperature.
