The Significance Of Fuel Pellet Machines To The Environment.
Biomass energy is a low-carbon energy. Its fixed carbon content is only about 15%, so biomass pellet fuel is a typical low-carbon fuel. Biomass pellet fuel reduces sulfur dioxide emissions: BMF has a lower sulfur content than diesel, only 0.05%, and can achieve sulfur dioxide emission reductions without the need for a desulfurization device. Passed dust emission: The ash content of BMF is 1.8%, which is about 1/10 of coal-based fuel. A simple dust removal device can achieve qualified dust emission.
Reduce the generation of NOx: BMF has low nitrogen content and high oxygen content, which can effectively reduce the demand for air during fuel consumption and reduce the generation of NOx. There is very little ash after burning biomass fuel, which greatly reduces the space for stacking coal ballast and reduces the cost of coal ballast removal. The ashes after burning biomass fuel are extremely high-grade and high-quality organic potash fertilizer, which can be recycled to generate profits. Biomass fuel has a large calorific value, with a calorific value of about 3900~4800 kcal/kg. After carbonization, the calorific value is as high as 7000-8000 kcal/kg.
