How To Match The Fuel Pellet Production Line?
Pellet fuel production line
Under the background of "dual carbon", the clean energy industry is developing rapidly. Wood chip pellet fuel has become the first choice for many industrial heating and household heating due to its high calorific value, low emissions and stable cost.
The biomass pellet production line has a wide range of application prospects. It can be used to replace traditional fossil energy, such as coal, oil, etc., to reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption. At the same time, the production line can also be used for the development and utilization of biomass energy, contributing to the development of ecological economy.
The wood pellet production line is a continuous and intelligent system that converts wood scraps, wood shavings, furniture factory waste and other raw materials into biomass fuel pellets. The entire line is usually composed of the following six modules:
1. Raw material pretreatment system
2. Drying system
3. Pelletizing system (core)
4. Cooling and screening system
5. Automatic packaging system
6. Intelligent control system

| Model | Power | Mold Hole | Capacity for industrial solid | Capacity for biomass | Pellet size(mm) |
| MKYK-36 | 45kw | 36 | 0.5-1.0 | 1.0-1.5 | 32*32*50-100 |
| MKYK-48 | 75kw | 48 | 1.0-1.5 | 1.5-2.5 | 32*32*50-100 |
| MKYK-72 | 110kw | 72 | 2.0-2.5 | 2.5-3.5 | 32*32*50-100 |
| MKYK-90 | 132kw | 90 | 2.0-2.5 | 3.5-5.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
| MKYK-120 | 200kw | 120 | 3.0-4.0 | 4.0-6.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
| MKYK-150 | 250kw | 150 | 4.0-6.0 | 6.0-10.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
Key considerations for production line design
1. Raw material adaptability design
Hard raw materials (wood chips): high compression ratio ring mold;
Soft raw materials (straw): add binder or pre-treat carbonization.
2. Energy efficiency and cost control
Drying process energy consumption accounts for about 50%, and waste heat recovery system is recommended;
Mold maintenance cost (relationship between ring mold replacement frequency and raw material impurities).
3. Environmental compliance
Dust control (pulse dust collector);
Noise control (equipment shock absorption foundation).
How to choose equipment
Is the raw material pure sawdust, wood shavings, bark, or a mixture with some impurities? Different raw materials have different requirements for crushing, drying and compression ratios, and the equipment configuration must be adjusted accordingly.
Do you plan to produce 3 tons, 10 tons or 30 tons per day? This will determine how large a pellet machine you should choose and whether to equip multiple production lines.
Do you want automation? If you want to save labor, then the conveying, cooling and packaging must be equipped with a fully automatic system. If the labor cost is low, you can choose semi-automatic or manual bagging.
