Do You Know How To Use A Fuel Pellet Machine?
1. Start-up and shutdown sequence
(1) Start-up sequence
Oil pump motor-grease pump motor-dial motor-dust collector induced draft fan-pellet machine main motor-feeding motor (slowly adjust the feeder feeding frequency conversion speed, and the current meter of the electric control cabinet is stable at about 95% of the rated current during operation)
(1) Stop sequence
Feeding motor-main motor-dial motor-oil pump motor-grease pump motor-dust collector induced draft fan
2. Oiling position and cycle
(1) Pellet machine main reducer (replace 220# gear oil every 600 hours for the first time, and replace it every 4000 hours after the first replacement).
(2) Dial reducer (replace gear oil once a year, gear oil type 100 or above).
(3) Feeder reducer (replace gear oil once a year, gear oil type 100 or above).
(4) Pellet machine coupling (add high-temperature butter once a week).

3. Cleaning points and cycles
(1) The bag dust collector is processed once per shift (knock it with a wooden stick every 2 hours).
(2) At the end of each shift, the main machine pelletizing chamber is shut down after the material is used up, and the dust on the main machine is cleaned up with an air gun, and the shift is changed (cleaned up once per shift).
(3) Remember to use oil to grind the mold hole before shutting down to prevent the material in the mold from blocking the mold, causing the mold to not discharge material, and then causing the machine to become stuffy.
(4) Collect the oil and reuse it.
(5) Clean the dust cover of the main machine to remove dust leakage and dust blocking the bag dust collector (clean up once a week).
(6) Electric control cabinet (clean up once a week, and clean the internal dust with an air gun).
