Construction And Classification Of Screw Conveyors
Spiral conveyor is a widely used conveying equipment in chemical enterprises, mainly used for conveying powdered, granular, and small materials such as coal powder, carbon black, soda ash, recycled rubber powder, oxygen zinc, calcium carbonate, and small coal.
The core component of a screw conveyor is the spiral body, which is distributed throughout the entire screw body and sealed inside the spiral tube to complete the function of conveying materials. The spiral body is composed of a spiral shaft and spiral blades. During the operation of the screw conveyor, the spiral shaft rotates to drive the spiral blades to push the materials forward, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials. Spiral blades, commonly known as "stirring dragon wings," are usually continuous, multi turn spiral shaped semi-finished parts made of steel plates with steel ties.
