Biofuel Pellet Machine Safety Operation Guide
I. Startup management:
1. Before starting the burner, clean the carbon deposits on the furnace bridge, clean the carbon deposits on the furnace bottom, add pellet fuel, close the material box cover, and open the material isolation valve;
2. Turn on the power of the equipment, make biofuel, check whether the circuit and water pipes are normal, and check whether the cooling water pool has enough water. Open the inlet and outlet valves of the burner cooling water, and confirm that the high-temperature combustion chamber interlayer cooling water is filled;
3. Adjust the air supply gear to a smaller level, put in an appropriate amount of base material, officially ignite and start, biofuel manufacturing, gently open the furnace door to supply air appropriately, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually adjust the air supply gear to an appropriate amount. The feeding speed and air supply volume should be gradually increased, and it should not be accelerated too fast. There should be 2-3 minutes so that the furnace temperature rises normally.

II. Operation management:
1. The feeding speed is 30-80 as the normal dosage, the faster speed should not exceed 100 speed, and the slower speed should not be lower than 20 speed, and the air volume should be configured as the middle position; the feeding speed can be appropriately accelerated when the heat transfer system of the production line is well ventilated, and the air volume can be configured as a gear, but the chimney exhaust should be observed at any time, and the standard for determining the feeding speed is no smoke and dust emission;
2. Observe the water temperature changes from time to time and adjust the drainage volume to ensure safety and economy;
3. Add fuel appropriately according to the user's raw material consumption law to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Adjust the intermittent feeding amount in the insulation stage according to the changes in product energy consumption;
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the upper and lower furnace doors when the furnace is burning.
