Why is fuel pellet production low?

1. Raw material selection

1. Selection of straw: The straw we choose must meet the requirements of national regulations, and the straw must be crushed.
Generally, some lime and water will be added to the straw during the crushing process, so that the wood fiber of the straw will soften and the density of the particles will increase.
2. Wood chips: When choosing wood chips, try not to choose wood chips with impurities or more debris. Because such wood chips will produce a lot of dust when making pellets, which is easy to cause respiratory diseases.
3. Rice husks: When choosing rice husks, try to choose those with uniform size, clean and free of impurities. Because rice husk particles are small, they can increase the density of biomass particles.

2. Raw material pretreatment

The impurity content of the raw materials. If the impurity content of the raw materials is relatively high, the output of biomass pellets will be reduced, because the impurities in the raw materials will affect the molding effect of the pellets.
If the moisture content of the raw materials is relatively high, the biomass pellets will have wall adhesion and other phenomena during the production process, so the output of biomass pellets will also be reduced.
If there are impurities in the raw materials, it will affect the quality of the biomass pellets.

 

3. Whether the raw materials are dry.

1. The biomass pellet equipment is designed according to the production requirements and raw material characteristics of biomass pellets. It has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, reliable performance and high degree of automation. Its output can be adjusted according to different materials.
2. In raw material processing, we generally use a combination of crushing and screening to perform coarse, medium and fine crushing, which can ensure that the ash and other impurities in the raw materials are removed cleanly.
3. In the production process, we use a double-axis extrusion granulator to increase the contact area between the raw material and the die hole, which can effectively increase the output of biomass pellets.
