What is the processing flow of wood pellet machine?
The wood pellet machine is suitable for the processing of fuel pellets. The output of fuel pellets is about 1-1.5 tons with reliable quality and low cost. The key technology for processing fuel pellets is to adjust the moisture content of raw materials. The moisture content of the raw material must first be measured and then mixed with water to the moisture content required for processing. It has been determined that the water content of leguminous pasture straw as fuel pellets is 14% to 16%. Grass forage straw is 13% to 15%.
The feedstock is agitated and extruded during the pelletizing process. Generally, the temperature of the pellets just coming out of the sieve of the corn stover pellet machine reaches about 80℃, and when it is cooled from high temperature to room temperature, the moisture content generally decreases by 3% to 5%, so the cooled pellets do not exceed 11% to 13%. Due to its low water content, it is suitable for long-term storage without mold and deterioration.
