Waste To Treasure Biomass Pellet Mill

The main raw material of biofuel: biomass fuel is the use of waste crop stalks, such as: corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, sorghum stalks, soya bean stalks, grain husks, weeds, twigs, leaves, sawdust, bark and so on, as raw materials, after crushing, extruding, densification, moulding, to become a solid pellet fuel. After becoming pellets, it is convenient to transport and store, meanwhile, its burning performance is greatly improved.
Characteristics of biofuel: After moulding, the pellet fuel has high specific gravity, small volume, combustion resistance, easy to store and transport. The density after moulding is 1.1-1.5. The calorific value can be up to 3400~4800 calories, it is a solid fuel with high volatile fraction and less sulphur content.
Usage of biomass fuel: The moulded pellet fuel is a new type of bio-energy, which can replace firewood, raw coal, fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. It is widely used in heating, living cookers, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, biomass power plants, etc.
