Tips before starting:
Check whether all connecting parts are tightened reliably.
Check whether there are any debris inside or outside each part.
Check whether the bearings and lubricating parts are short of oil.
Check whether the instruments in the control cabinet display normally.
Check the electrical wiring for damage.

                    The equipment needs to be preheated and heated before starting. Turn on the heating switch and let the temperature rise to about 100℃-120℃ before starting. After running for 1 minute, it can be loaded and run. When starting, a small amount of material should be fed evenly. First, add materials with >40% moisture content until all die holes of the equipment are discharged. At this time, the pressure, temperature and other parameters of the equipment are in normal conditions. After discharging for 10 minutes, add materials with <20% moisture content. of water until the material is discharged normally.
