If the moisture content is too high, the molding density will be low, so the feeding speed should be reduced and the residence time should be extended; when the raw material is too dry, water should be added appropriately for lubrication. During the production process, avoid frequent starts or overload operation. When there is a sudden power outage or overload, the machine should be stopped immediately, the raw materials in the machine warehouse should be cleaned, and it can only be started after everything is normal. Prepare wet materials with a moisture content of about 50%. The machine can be stopped in sequence after stopping feeding. When shutting down, the machine must wait until the materials are completely unloaded before shutting down. It is not allowed to shut down when the machine is fully loaded. After shutdown, check and clean up remaining materials, and clean the equipment and surrounding environment. Finished materials should be moisture-proof and waterproof, and the storage area must be ventilated and dry.
