Pellet machine manufacturers and technicians suggest: use the dryer to control the moisture between 10%-15% to meet its pelletizing requirements.

               When the pressure roller of the wood chip pellet machine is loose, the gap between the pressure roller and the mold will become larger, and the pressure will be reduced, so that the material cannot be discharged smoothly. The material layer between the mold rollers is too thick and unevenly distributed, resulting in material blockage. Stop the machine to check and adjust the gap between the nip rollers. The angle and thickness of the big scraper in the pressing chamber are not correct. The distance of the scraper should be about 2cm. Replace or reassemble the deflection scraper. The operator should be familiar with the skills of the wood chip pellet mill, so that the pelletizing equipment is in a productive state and produces high-quality and high-yield pellets.
