How to operate the fuel pellet machine?

                  Put the fixed nut down on the mounting shaft of the biomass pellet machine and install the mold. Please note that the film feeding direction is clockwise, not reverse. Screw on the fixing nut and fix the mold in the position where the dimension is 145mm from the biomass pellet machine.

                  Place the measuring tape of the mold unit on the upper part of the roll. If it is below, the biomass pellet mill will not operate. Adjust the position of the two rolls of the mold unit so that the contact surface of the biomass pellet machine and the rolls are at least 180 degrees to about 250 degrees. Adjust the position of the rolls so that the left cut point is perpendicular to the end face of the biomass pelletizer. The positioning height depends on the width of the feedstock. Adjust the biomass pellet mill stand so that its end face is perpendicular to the machine floor. Adjust the biomass pelletizer so that its position is 145mm from the bottom plate.
