                   If the return pipe is clogged, stop the manual unloading of the cooler and start feeding back. If the return pipe is not blocked, wait to observe the feeding situation of the feeding port. After the return pipe is opened, wait for a few minutes, and then discharge the material in the cooler, so that only a small amount of return material is kept in the return pipe to reduce the pollution of the next production.

                   Add oil to each lubrication point strictly according to the lubrication chart and check the oil pump. Before shifting, check the distance between the tool and the ring mold to make sure that it is not less than 3mm. check whether the bolts, screws and scrapers in the pressing chamber are loose before shift change. Before starting the machine, check the die bar gap and adjust it in time to make sure the gap of each die bar is consistent. Check the iron removal device before shift change and clean up magnetic impurities and accumulated materials in time. Check whether there is oil leakage, adjust or replace the oil seal in time. Keep the appearance of the straw pellet machine clean and prevent dust from accumulating on the motor shell.
