How to maintain the straw compactor?

1. The straw compactor equipment should be cleaned and any abnormal phenomena that occur during production should be recorded every day after operation.
2. Check screws: Regularly check whether the screws at the connection parts of the straw compactor motor and transmission components are loose, in order to tighten them in a timely manner, and carefully observe the wear of vulnerable parts.
3. Lubricating shaft oil; Add oil to the oil hole of the rolling wheel once a day (at the top of the eccentric shaft), and add oil to the vertical shaft seat once a week. The butter used is high-temperature lithium based grease.
4. Density adjustment: Check the gap and wear between the rolling wheel of the molding machine and the mold in a timely manner, and make adjustments, repairs or replacements in a timely manner. The density of the finished product can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the pressing wheel and the mold, with a gap of 1.5-2.5mm being the optimal working state for the main machine. When the gap between the mold and the pressing wheel exceeds 5mm, it will seriously affect the output of the equipment, and there will also be swallowing phenomenon. The method for adjusting the gap is as follows:
Use a hook wrench to loosen the round nut, remove the pressure wheel connecting plate, use an internal hexagonal wrench to loosen the locking screw of the eccentric shaft clamped inside the scraper, and then use a wrench to rotate the flat shaft of the eccentric shaft head to rotate the eccentric part of the eccentric shaft outward, in order to adjust the gap between the pressure wheel and the Gongzi mold. Adjust the other pressing wheel using the same method (requiring the upper and lower clearances between the two wheels and the tooling mouth to be consistent, and the height of the two wheel edges to be consistent). After adjusting the clearance in place, tighten the locking screw, then reset the connecting plate and tighten the round nut.
