They also provide precise temperature and pressure control, making them suitable for small-scale carbonization production. The selection of carbonization equipment needs to be determined based on production capacity and environmental protection requirements. Small production lines are suitable for traditional carbonization kilns (low investment, simple operation, but high energy consumption and poor environmental performance) or small horizontal carbonization furnaces (environmentally compliant, stable carbonization effect, investment of 20,000-80,000 yuan). Medium-sized production lines are suitable for vertical or continuous carbonization furnaces, with an hourly carbon production capacity of 50-200 kg, which can achieve automated temperature control and waste discharge, combining environmental protection and efficiency. Compared with wood pellet grinding machine production lines, wood chip charcoal production lines require additional carbonization equipment, resulting in higher investment costs, but also greater profit margins. The selling price of high-quality charcoal is 2-3 times that of pellet fuel.
Subsequent processing equipment can be configured according to needs, including coolers, crushers, screening machines, and packaging machines. Small production lines can be simplified to natural cooling and manual screening, reducing investment; medium-sized production lines are equipped with automatic coolers and screening machines to improve efficiency and product consistency. In addition, waste gas treatment equipment should be configured according to local environmental policies. Volatile matter generated during carbonization can be recovered as fuel, achieving energy recycling and reducing environmental pressure.
