Intermittent carbonization equipment uses an intermittent process. For example, the old charcoal-firing method is actually intermittent. After running for a certain period of time, the temperature is controlled at 300-500 degrees. After the carbon is formed, the operation needs to be stopped to cool down the carbon. The process takes several hours, and then the finished charred product is taken out. The entire carbonization production cycle is too long, and the quality of charcoal is difficult to guarantee, which wastes a lot of time and materials. After the continuous carbonization equipment starts operating, it can feed and discharge materials at the same time, and produce continuously and uninterruptedly. The processed materials will go out directly from the equipment. Continuous carbonization equipment has the characteristics of high production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. For some materials with relatively large moisture content, the materials need to be dried first, and there are certain requirements for the raw materials. The double-cylinder rotary structure adopted by the continuous carbonization machine has the characteristics of small footprint and high degree of automation, which doubles the carbonization efficiency.
