Sawdust charcoal extruder machine can process wood wastes materials into charcoal efficiently, which is one kind of green biomass fuel. It is good substitute of good raw wood or excellent coal, smokeless, long burning time. Can be used for warming, heating, drying fuel, grilling, etc.
Sawdust charcoal making machine can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine, the raw materials is compressed under high temperature and pressure by the screw extruding. With the intrinsic attributes of the wood materials, under high pressure, wood element in wood materials becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combined, and then stick solid fuel is formed through the molding tube.
The natural lignin content in the biomass liberated under high temperature serves as glue in briquette process, binding wood materials together, so no need any adhesives.
Advantaqges of Wood Briquette Machine
The mechanical Briquetting procedure is the conversion of agricultural waste into uniformly shaped briquettes (bricks), compressing them into a solid fuel of a convenient shape that can be burned like wood, firewood or charcoal that is easy to use, transport and store.
The major advantage in a Briquetting plant is that it does not require any binder to bind the materials together to form a briquette. Thus it is also called as binder-less technology.
Raw Material: Biomass wastes, such as sawdust, rice husks, coffee husks, rice straw, wheat straw,etc.
Material required: moisture is 8%-12%, size is 3-5 mm.
If the moisture is more than 12%, you need dryer. We have air flow dryer and drum dryer for you to choose.
If material size is more than 5mm, you need hammer mill or wood crusher.
Application
All kinds of biomass material (pasture, sawdust, eucalyptus bark, bran, straw, rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalk, peanut shell, beanstalk, cotton husk, shrub, forest product residual wastes and other wood materials).
