What Problems Are Often Encountered in The Operation Of Biomass Pellet Machines?
Common faults of biomass pellet machines include raw materials not being able to enter the pelletizing chamber, pelletizing machine motor not being able to start, noise, severe vibration, unreasonable load fluctuations of the pelletizing machine host or uneven pellet quality, pelletizing machine stopping during operation, and pelletizing machine often blocking.
1. Raw materials cannot enter the pelletizing chamber:
Cause of failure: 1. The conditioner is blocked or the feed port is arched. 2. The feeder auger transmission device fails. 3. The feeder auger is blocked.
Maintenance: 1. Clear the conditioner or feed port. 2. Check the feeder auger transmission device and troubleshoot. 3. Clean the material on the feeder auger.

2. The pelletizing machine motor cannot start:
Cause of failure: 1. There is material accumulation in the pelletizing chamber. 2. There is a problem with the circuit. 3. The travel switch cannot touch the lever on the gate or door.
Maintenance: 1. Clear the accumulated material. 2. Check the circuit and eliminate the fault. 3. Check the condition of the travel switch.
III. Noise and severe vibration:
Cause of the fault: 1. The bearing is damaged. 2. The ring die roller is seriously worn. 3. The gap between the ring die and the roller is too small. 4. There are foreign objects in the conditioner or feeder. 5. The main shaft bearing is too loose.
Maintenance: 1. Replace the bearing. 2. Replace the die roller. 3. Appropriately increase the gap between the die roller. 4. Clean up foreign objects. 5. Tighten the nut to reduce the clearance.
