What Is A Wood Pellet Mill?

                   The principle of wood pellet mill is to pulverize the biomass straw, wood and other raw materials into fuel pellets through the pelletizing device, and then dry them to make finished products. The main parts of the fuel pellet mill are the inlet and outlet, the size of the inlet is different according to the material; the outlet is located at the end of the machine.

                   The equipment is characterized by high automation, simple and convenient operation, and can be operated continuously. It adopts spiral extrusion granulation technology (i.e. biaxial paddle extrusion), which makes the material under high temperature and high pressure to carry out the molding process, so as to improve the quality of the product and the rate of gas production; it adopts the hydraulic-driven automatic loading system and the automatic unloading mechanism with a reasonable and reliable design; it has the advantages of compact structure, small size for easy operation and maintenance; low noise and no pollution.
